The original yarn used was Mary Maxim's Knitting Worsted, providing approximately 240 yards on a 4 oz skein at the time. But now, with a wide variety of worsted yarns to choose from, you can customize this project to suit your style. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. We recommend Mary Maxim Starlette, our time-tested, best-selling worsted! Materials List: Worsted yarn: MC Sz 38-40 (12 oz), Sz 42 (14 oz). CC1 Lotus Blue Sz 38-40 (6 oz), Sz 42 (8 oz). CC2 White, All sizes (2 oz). All you need are U.S. sizes 5 (3.75 mm), and 7 (4.5 mm), needles to begin! Fits sizes 38-40-42—Intermediate knit.
